DMAIC

Lean Six Sigma

The Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt course prepares students to make process management decisions based on actual data that reflect customer requirements and result in cost reduction. Students develop a job related Green Belt project as part of the class that can result in immediate savings for their company.

The blended classroom and online course provide flexible learning while minimizing the time an individual is away from the workplace. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt typically is a process manager/leader who is responsible for a specific part of the business. The course teaches the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) process and includes the principles of lean technology.

Experienced local instructors eliminate the need for extended travel and are available for follow-up consultation as projects are implemented.

Training typically includes: 42 hours of classroom instruction, online access to over 30 training modules, student notebook, and a certification exam.
